Avoid any dangerous and incautious act on the Bike;
Use the utmost care and caution, and follow the safety rules and traffic regulations;
Be fully aware to do a sport activity and to accept all risks, and declare to be in a perfect health state and in psycho-physical conditions suitable for using the rented bike.
Take every responsibility for any physical injury and/or property damage caused to any third party;
Exclude Reaction Retail S.A.S. from every liability for any physical injury and/or property damage that may arise to the Renter and/or to the hired bike, during the rental period;
Exclude Reaction Retail S.A.S. from every liability for any physical injury and/or property damage that may arise to the Renter by third parties;
Compensate the rented material at the list price in case of theft, loss or damage
Agrees that the Bike shall be used only for normal business/sport/tourism activities and for no other purpose
